Got a chinese from here last night and have to say the food was amazing and the delivery was pretty quick, would recommend this chinese takeaway absolutely amazing

I ordered my food at 5.30 for collection at 6pm, the shop needs more staff as the lady was not only ignoring customers in the shop but answering the phone and then making them wait. My order was wrong so when I returned to get what I had actually ordered, I was told that it was my fault? I should order in numbers and not words...? If thats the case, tell me that when I phone! This was after waiting for 10 minutes to be seen by her. The lady then laughed at me when I asked for my money back, this was in front of a group of customers. I am totally disgusted and I definitely will not be back! Vile woman.
Staff rude. Couldn't be any less interested. Took 40 minutes then got given the wrong order, then they "fixed" it, then it was still wrong. Over an hour for the food to come out wrong twice. Food is OK but the service was shocking wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
