Not a huge chippy fan.... but guys i had special fish and the supper was 1st class !!!White pudd and buttered rolls also delicious according to family

Popular fish and chip take away, close to the harbour serving all the usual offering but can also get catch of the day options. Often sit down at the harbour to eat on summer evenings.
Ordered 2 chicken kebabs, both were burnt and extremely dry. No taste other than charcoal. Called them, they sent delivery driver to pick food up and handed us money back. Called to ask about ordering another to be told it would be exactly the same. Had no further contact from them after they said would need to wait on food returning so they could check it. Very poor customer service considering both hungry. Will not be back again.
Food was excellent. It was a long queue but it went down quickly. Staff were very good. Would definitely recommend it and will definitely use them again.
