The staff very friendly & helpful. The girl was very patient and understanding with me. I have a food intolerance issue and was asking her about questions about the products in the bakery department she was working in.Other staff helpful at the till packing my bag having patience with me.Would highly recommend this friendly helpful store.

This shop is really overly priced & the staff could be more helpful instead of everything you ask about being more hassle than its worth..I have never been served with a smile since Paul knight worked in there and as for the little older lady who works on the till, I and others find her very offensive & i also think her face would crack if a smile did appear on her miserable face.. very judgemental.. ps the guys are all very friendly & the lady that I'm sure is called Angela is the only helpful female.. If I could mark no stars then although it's harsh on the others but that's the way us customers feel.
