A lovely Carnegie library which has been sympathetically extended with a light, airy modern extension which houses the children's library and meeting rooms.The staff are friendly and helpful and play a huge part in making the library a welcoming place.Membership is required to borrow books and use some facilities e.g. computer hire.The library is a gun of the community and host many group meetings and events.There is a lovely garden at the rear of the library and some beautiful wooden carvings near the entrance.
