Love this caravan park been going 11 yrs to it going twice this Yr. Needs more kids play at night for other kids that want to be on go maybe gate so liitle ones can't run past bar and shop in entertainment. Very clean caravan s always and great polite staff available 24/7 on site.

Love Seaton sands, though on the coast, its on local bus route with bus stop right outside, so can get into Central Edinburgh in half hour or so. Tidy park and caravan was spotless. There's a few supermarkets locally along with usual takeaway, pharmacy, newsagents. Highly recommend going to East Links Park if u have kids. Its a fab day out! Returned many times now!

On arrival beds not made ( bedding left under caravan) , we had paid extra for this , when informed staff helpful and apologetic and refunded charge , caravan a bit dated looking marks on carpets and cushions as it was a standard van no heating thank god wee brought our own or would've been very cold , entertainment venue quite small so need to be very early to get a seat or table , Pool staff extremely helpful and friendly especially the young manager who went out his way to help were he could , great wee soft play area just outside the venue which kept the 2 kids amused ! Go karts and plenty of activities to keep busy , lovely big beach just across the road , Enjoyable wee break , would possibly come back however if I did would upgrade to better caravan

Its a nice place has bus route to Edinburgh and other towns and villages on route. The sea and beach is just across the road. Sea shells all along the beach. Walking routes to different areas and even to a medieval church only open till September. Park has 2 pools and golf course and fishing lake. Kids activities and adventure areas. Mini shop and allows dogs. Staff are easy to talk to and help you if you need it. There are activities in the show room at night and food is available at the bar area. Smoking areas at rear of bar area with tables and cover. Football area in fenced of box so ball does not get lost or damage caravans. Would recommend a stay here.

Had a fab time at Seton Sands holiday village. The highlight of our stay was the nature rocks activities run by ranger Scott. My two children 8 and 5 loved going rock pooling, the pirate treasure hunt, the big hunt, the nature trail and pond dipping. Ranger Scott was great with the children, especially my autistic son who loves bugs and animals, he was truly in his element. The pool was great and my two loved playing in it. The changing rooms were spotless, the cleanest I have seen anywhere. The food was reasonably priced and we only had a long wait on one night and that was because the restaurant was really busy. The site was pretty clean and the caravan was spotless too. We went to the show bar twice for activities and they weren't too bad. The show bar did look as though it could do with a little TLC, but that was the only part of the park that seemed a little tired.
